The hotel has nice rooms with a good bathroom and a mirror, although having only one might be inconvenient. The service was attentive and ready to assist with various needs. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of Ghent near the castle and tram. Dining was decent, especially on days with smoked salmon. The facilities are well-equipped to cater to guests' needs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but being in a modern annex overlooking a service yard could get noisy at times. The service was friendly, although there seemed to be some overlap in responsibilities. The location was fantastic, right near the Gravensteen castle, but there were some inconveniences related to driving and construction in the area. Dining options were good overall but could have been better for vegan guests.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, near everything I needed with a view of the castle from the front door. The service was excellent and helpful, although some assistance with carrying the pram down the steps would have been appreciated. The rooms were clean and had a nice feeling, especially in the new building at the back which was incredibly quiet. The dining options were great, but a bit limited for our vegan friend.
The hotel was in a convenient location right in the town center, within easy walking distance of historic buildings and the old city center.
